A three tier ranking (1, 2 or 3) can be applied to vacancy candidates on a per vacancy basis. If you deal with significant numbers of applicants per vacancy then using this feature makes it very easy to rank and keep track of your top candidates for each vacancy.
The color coded rankings are viewable at a glance from the Vacancies form (unranked candidates can be hidden using the Hide unranked candidates checkbox):
