Multiple sites may belong to the same company, however each site is an independent billing entity with it's own clients and vacancies.

 

PRS report selection and find dialogs accept wildcard site names and you can use this feature to print reports on multi-site companies. For example if you enter a site name of Acme* when printing a Personnel Directory report then personnel belonging to any site name starting with Acme will be printed (the * character will match any characters).
