Deleting PRS Data from the Palm Desktop

1.To delete PRS Personnel click Contacts on the Palm Desktop, to delete PRS Vacancies or Reminders click Memos on the Palm Desktop.

 

2.Select the Palm Desktop Category — PRS Personnel, PRS Reminders or PRS Vacancies.

 NOTE: It's important to get this step right, if you don't you'll delete non-PRS data).

 

4.Press Ctrl+A to select PRS data.

 

5.Press the Delete key.
