Goto buttons 
beside phone number fields can be used to directly dial the phone number using Skype or the Windows Phone Dialer.
TIP: Pressing the CTRL+SHIFT+C shortcut key combination from the Personnel or Sites forms will dial the person's business phone number and site phone number respectively.
